Interface Unveils New Beaumont Range and Fresco Valley Collections

Global Flooring Leader Offers Nature-Inspired Carpet Tile and Luxury Vinyl Tile Styles; Connects People and Natural World at Chicago Showroom

ATLANTA, June 13, 2022 –Interface®, a worldwide commercial flooring company and global leader in sustainability, today reveals its newest carpet tile and luxury vinyl tile (LVT) collections, Beaumont Range™ and Fresco Valley™. Inspired by the beauty of human connection with the natural world, the collections expand the company’s biophilic-inspired product offering. The new products are currently on display at the Interface Chicago showroom at 345 North Wells St.

Carpet Tile Inspired by Nature

With four styles inspired by the ever-changing beauty of mountain trails, the Beaumont Range carpet tile collection reflects the growing connection between nature and wellbeing.

Designed by David Oakey, founder of David Oakey Designs and product designer exclusive to Interface, the carpet tiles expand upon the i2™ smart design innovation from Interface, which mimics the random beauty of a forest floor through tile-to-tile variations in pattern, color and texture. The result is a one-of-a-kind floorscape every time, beautifully varied but cohesive like one found in nature.

“Beaumont Range brings the restorative powers of nature indoors, delivering fresh inspiration from the ever-changing beauty of mountain trails, while still considering the environment and promoting wellbeing in interior spaces,” explains Oakey. “Inspired by granite and the elegance of marbled stone, the collection offers substantial pattern variation with each style that makes each installation unique.”

Beaumont Range includes three plank styles – Mesa™, Eben™ and Ferris™ – along with Zera™, a companion carpet tile from FLOR®  that captures the infinite elegance of marbled stone in a square format. All four patterns are available in natural shades ranging from slate grays to rich forest greens.

The Beaumont Range collection is available in the Americas.

LVT That Restores

Crafted to create beautifully restorative spaces that help us to live, work and thrive, the Fresco Valley LVT collection, designed by Kari Pei, Interface Vice President of Global Product Design, integrates exquisite, natural detail into each design.

The collection’s three 4.5mm Sound Choice™ styles – Cliff™, Ridge™ and Great Heights™ – provide designs ranging from metallic minerals to rich woodgrains that vary from tile to tile. Fresco Valley showcases unique patterns born from nature and features sophisticated hues that aim to enrich and enliven workplaces.

“From the flowing layers of stone stippled with organic texture and metallic shimmer, to the ripples of water moving across rocky minerals, Fresco Valley pairs sophisticated hues with unique patterns to enrich and enliven expansive interiors,” said Pei. “It provides design that has a positive impact on people, spaces and the environment.”

The Fresco Valley collection is currently available in the Americas and is expected to launch globally in 2022.

Nature Works

To celebrate the launch, the company brings to life the theme ‘Nature Works’ in an immersive experience at the Interface Chicago showroom that emphasizes the connection between people and the natural world. The showroom space looks to emulate how cities are changing and interior spaces are shifting – coming more in tune with nature and adapting interiors that support well-being. The full-sensory representation of nature invites visitors to learn about the company’s commitment to biophilic design, design innovation and carbon leadership.

The two harmonious collections are designed to work beautifully together, apart or integrated with the flooring manufacturer’s other styles. As pioneers in sustainability, Interface advocates for design that has a positive impact on people, spaces and the planet.

As part of the company’s Carbon Neutral Floors™ program, all Interface flooring products – including the Beaumont Range and Fresco Valley styles – are carbon neutral across their full product life cycle, helping designers reduce the carbon footprint of their spaces and improve the health of the planet.
