The new customer service centre of regio iT Gesellschaft für Informationstechnologie mbH at its Aachen headquarters has received a new interior concept. The premises have been designed in a biophilic style so that natural or near-natural elements create a cosy, feel-good atmosphere, helping to absorb and reduce employees’ stress and challenges. The result is a working environment with references to alpine meadows, mountains, plants, and plenty of greenery.

The room acoustics are also optimised through the use of carpet tiles. The Woven Gradience collection supports the zoning of the work areas in a natural way, with harmonious colour gradients. With flowing transitions and calming forest and sage tones, the design reinforces the impression of nature and meadows.

The Level Set LVT collection was selected for the kitchen area. The natural and textured wood grains bring warmth into the room and harmoniously complement the furnishings, which incorporate wooden surfaces in many areas.
