Fall in Love With Nature

Remember the feel of soft grass on your bare feet? The sun warming your skin? Yeah. It’s instantly relaxing –a singular sense of well-being that you can’t replicate sitting in front of your computer (or whatever device you’re using). And scientific evidence supports this relationship between feeling good and spending time in nature. So, why do we spend so much of our time inside? It’s just routine most likely, but we want to change that. We want to help you change it too.

Rekindle your relationship with nature by joining us in the David Suzuki Foundation's 30 x 30 Challenge. To participate you commit to spend 30 minutes outside every day for 30 days in May. It doesn’t have to be all at once. You might take 5 minute walks during breaks or eat lunch outside. Just get in 30 minutes. And don't do it alone. Get your coworkers, family and friends to join you. You’ll feel better and after 30 days you’ll likely have a healthy new routine.
